Greetings, Listers!

Confounded?! Downloaded Dreamweaver demo via ZDnet. Suggested to download Shockwave, went for it. System hungup part way thru download. Went back to repair...no dice. Folder in downloads says "not a 32 bit application". Must be a 16 bit. How do I get the ability for both? Or can I? Tried uninstall, reinstall...same situation.
