It is looking for the information file in the root of C:
Just copy erd.inf from c:\erd to c:\ and everything should work fine.

Hello Folks,
Using ERU to restore my configuration, I go to the command prompt and then
change to the directory containing my backup information ("C:\erd"). I then
receive the following error message: "c:\erd.inf control file missing:
c:\erd.inf". However, I find the "erd.inf" file in my "erd" directory on the
HDD. I've tried re-creating the emergency rescue disk and directory but the
error keeps repeating.
