Kathy;
 this has happened on my daughters computer a couple of times
read this MS knowledge base article - 260650:

Method 1 basically says to delete your temporary internet files.
Method 2 says to clear the check box "Do not save encrypted pages to disk "
In IE under tools/options/advanced.
