Hello Dave,
I think you would have to open Outlook Express and export your
address book.
Be sure to export it as a plain text file if possible, this way
you could actually read it in notepad if you had to.
There is also a shareware program called Express assistant. It
works well. Check out http://www.wugnet.com.
It should be in their shareware hall of fame section.

As far as your favorites are concerned, just open your browser
and click on file and then click on import export.
It will walk you through the process.
