It only gives me the option of Exporting them to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft
Exchange (I have Outlook 98 but not Exchange) and I can't find a setting
anywhere that will let me browse to a folder where it will then let me zip them.
I have the entire KJV of the Bible that I have sent to a list for people to read
through the Bible this year. It was a lot of work doing the 365 e-mails and I
want to back them up someway. I guess I will have to copy and paste into
Wordpad if no one has a solution.

Thanks
Linda

Linda,

What you ask can be done, BUT the messages will not be in a plain text
readable format. You would need to re-import them into OE (or Outlook) in
order to view the contents. If you still want to go ahead with this.....

You can export a single folder of messages instead of the entire file.

Create a folder called "monthly" (or something) then drag all the messages
into that folder. Once you have all the messages in the folder, click
FILE - EXPORT - MESSAGES - OK - OK. Now change the option to SELECTED
FOLDERS and click to select the folder. Keep following the directions and
make sure that you select OE as the exported format.

Then you can save the message file as a zip but it still will not be
readable by any program except OE or Outlook.
