Susan,
Microsoft has an extensive web site devoted to Y2K issues and their
products at www.microsoft.com/y2k. There are products on the market which
are "supposed" to check all your applications, but I think that claim is
rather dubious considering the hundreds of thousands of software
applications (and their various versions). I think the best bet is to
check with each individual software vendor to find out specifics about
their particular product(s).
Since we are on the subject. I have heard a rumor that MS will be
releasing several new Y2K patches for Windows 98 later this week or next.
