I recently downloaded a piece of software that seems to have changed the way
windows works.  I installed Dia, a program to draw diagrams and charts.  The
windows drag and resize function works differently now.  When you click and
hold on the left mouse button to drag or resize a window an outline of the
window appears and moves with the mouse location instead of the window
moving or resizing.  I was unable to get any help from the authors of this
freeware.  Does anyone have any suggestions to recover this function?  Would
there be a setting in the registry somewhere?  I'm running Win95 r2.
Several other programs (Cadkey and Autocad) have been adversely affected as
well.  Is there a backup copy of the registry somewhere I can restore?
