Does anyone know a simple way to "stitch" separate AVI files together so
that they play back as a single file?

I have many times encountered AVI files that are cut up into smaller pieces
(presumably for ease of download etc) but would prefer to see the playback
of the whole, unchopped file. Is there some way to append one to another so
that the "original" is reproduced?
