I have a lot of 'Cookies' in Windows\Temporary Internet Files

they are from sites that my daughter has surfed to and I would like to get
them off of my computer but when I right click on them they will not delete.
Is there any way to get rid of them???  I downloaded and tried a program
called Cookie Washer and it deleted the cookies out of the Windows\cookie
folder and the Windows\Temp folder but not out of this folder.  Does anyone
know how to get rid of them???
