I have received email like this also.  I asked the friend who was
sending these if she actually sent the email and she said yes.  She
uses
hotmail and had to change to Netscape--that's when the strange emails
started!  I can't open them either.  I'm thinking it has something to
do
with security settings?  Don't know for sure.  Thanks,
