Hello Jacob
I would recommend looking for help at
BleepingComputer.com
There are multiple programs available which should get rid of most malware.
Much of it is free, some accept donations.
In my opinion the site is very safe and reputable.
I have come to trust everything I use from there.
I normally use MalwareBytes and Spybot, also some second opinions.
The tools I get at BleepingComputer find much more.
