Just found a problem in that I can't download a file with IE 5.5.  I've tested the same links with MSN Explorer and Netscape 6 and was able to download without a problem.  I've tested this with multiple links.
I restored IE 5.0 hoping that would fix the problem but no improvement.

I've never heard of this before and don't have a clue as to what to do next other than reinstalling Win98.  Any suggestions?
