I have worked on several machines in this area with this same problem, cause
is a vulnerability in Windows that can be prevented by updating the critical
updates on Microsoft's site, but not much good after the fact, must be in
place before infection takes place.  Did a format and re- install and
immediately did updates on the infected machines
