Subject:possible trojan horse-eKB4rK0.dll file

I have what I believe  may be a possible trojan horse.  I have a new file in
c:/Windows that is always currently dated --eKB4rK0.dll which cannot be
deleted(in use by windows). Going to properties on this file and product
name says: "jimmyhelp", which I have found is a trojan horse.  Can anyone
advise.  Thank you very much, William Patton
