I am running Windows 95a and Internet Explorer 5.0 beta. When I open a
Acrobat file from the Internet, I am able to view and print the file, but I
can't save the file. The 'Save As' file types do not include .pdf files.
How
can I add this file type? If I try to save a .pdf file, it is saved as an
HTML file and will not open with Acrobat Reader 3.0.

Bob,

I also have IE 5.0 beta - btw: I love it - it beats 4.anything by a lot.
Here is how to save .pdf files:

Instead of a left mouse click on the file to open it, right mouse click and
choose "Save Target As..." Accept the default file name (you can always
change it later). Save the file to wherever you save on your harddrive.
Now you can use Acrobat Reader to open it on your computer, assuming you
have Acrobat Reader on your computer, of course. I do this all the time -
I know it works.

Good luck,
