Jo,
I have had the same problem recently. I don't know exactly why, but it
probably has something to do with security setting. The problem occurs
whenever you try to forward an email containing pictures (graphics) -
something that could be infected with a virus. The solution is simple.
Don't "Forward" the email - save it as a file somewhere, like "Desktop", or
MY Files if you want to keep it. Then start a new email, and "Attach" the
saved file. When you do this, the recipient(s) get a window which allows
them the option of opening it or saving it to prevent spreading a possible
virus. Once you have sent it, you can delete the file from wherever you
saved it. You can forward text only emails the normal way. Hope this
helps.
If anyone can explain why the little red X boxes are forwarded instead
of the graphics, please let me know.

Can anyone in the group explain to me how I continually get only a box
and/little red X in my emails? How can I remedy this situation? Even
when I send pictures out to friends the same thing occurs. I do not have a
check mark on the 'send and recieve all' page. Jo Hagen

however when I am online after between 30 and 45 minutes I cannot use
internet explorer at all but am still connected and can use instant
messenger for as long as I want so the connection is still there.

gone into internet options, connections, settings, advanced and made sure
the time in there was not only 30 mins or something like that and have set
it at the maximum of 59 mins but it hasnt made a difference. Is there some
other setting that I need to check. It is very frustrating like now when I
am typing this letter to you till I press send I dont know if all will be
lost.
