Even if you manage to disable it, the 'print screen' key is an easy work-around for any visitor.
This site has the right idea, but again, the old 'print screen' key defeats their efforts. If you right-click
to save the picture, you get a message "User has requested that this image remain on this server."

Perhaps offering only thumbnails, or as Dave suggested, low-res. pics is the only viable solution?
