The best programme I have used for 'grabbin' a track from a CD is called
"audiograbber' and you can get this from http://www.download.com It is
shareware and rather limited in the shareware mode. It converts the Cd track
to wav or mp3.

I don't think you'll ever find an app that will convert wav to midi. The
reason for this has been explained in detail on this list but i can't
remember it.

If you like midi files then you'll find 1000's on the net. Just yahoo midi
and you'll get loads of sites!!
