I believe the trick is to do it in two parts. If you have 5 criteria to sort
by then first sort by the 2 least important criteria, then sort again by
the 3 most important.

Imaginary example.
Sort wanted on.
job - code - town - name - age

First sort by
name - age

then sort by
job - code - town
