If you are using the Juno webmail interface, click on the hyperlink icon.
It looks like a chain and is just right of the yellow smiley face.  A screen
pops up and asks you for (1) the URL, (2) open in this window or a new
window, and (3) the title of your link.  The title can be the same as the
URL or can be any text you want to give it.
