In my Windows/TEMP  folder there are files like ~DF1C66.TMP and ~DF8505.TMP
Can I just delete these files??  I went to IE options and cleaned out the
History and Internet files and then ran Disk Cleanup in the Win 98
Accessories but neither of those things affected this folder.

Should I just leave this folder alone always, or do I clean it out once in
awhile.
