I have Cdex version 0.11, and the help file said:
Status of software:
CDex is freeware and I like to keep it that way. Although support
(esp. online time) and development tools are quite expensive.
Therefore you can support CDex by sending a small donation (money
order, checks are OK) to:
Albert Faber
v.d. Meystraat 1
5622 GT EINDHOVEN
The Netherlands
If you can't find it, and want to test it, drop me a letter. Anyway,
you can take a look at http://www.mp3.com
At this site, there are a lot of free, shareware and comercial
programs to encode, decode and grab CD's.
I hope this help.
Greetings from Havana
