That seems simple enough to me.  In fact =(c5+c6+c7)/(b5+b6+b7) would be
OK - the sum function is redundant. Or =sum(c5:c7)/sum(b5:b7).
If anything, the total for the calendar year seems more complex.  What
are you doing for that?

That's puzzling.  What exactly do you mean?  It works fine in a
spreadsheet I tried.
