I just got Outlook98 at work and have lost all my Custom Toolbars from the
Launch Bar (at bottom of screen) such as ; Quick Launch ,Desktop,etc.  When
I right click on the Launch Bar (where Start is located) and click on
"Toolbars" all the options are greyed out.  I have also lost the option to
customize my folders in Explorer.

Any body have an idea of how I can restore these?  This is what I like the
most about WIN98.
