I think you select the rows all at once. Then place the mouse over the
bottom border of the last row and drag. They should all then resize the
same. I know it works with columns.

Is there a way to select several rows & make them all the same width?
Instead of changing each one with the mouse pointer.    You can do this
easily in MS Word but I don't see how in Excel.
