If you don't like the IE 4.0, you don't have to live with it.
For one thing, IE 4.0 asks you whether you want it to take over your
desktop during install. If you answer no to this question, your desktop
does not change. If you answer yes during install, but decide later
that you don't really like it, you are not stuck. If you go into
Control Panel+Add/Remove Programs, highlight Internet Explorer 4.0 and
click Add/Remove. Windows95 will ask whether you want to uninstall IE
4.0 completely, or just remove the desktop interface. Personally, I
like the info that the IE 4.0 interface gives you; file size and type
and a thumbnail, if its a graphics file.
