As temp files are generated from just about every program, there is no 'single' program that can open them
all. To solve your problem, you're probably better off to uninstall incredimail altogether. That *should*
remove incredimail's association to tmp files. Then a reboot, and a reinstall of incredimail should sort
everything out. Short of that, you could try removing any extensions that are opened with incredimail from
the 'file types' list, but again, an uninstall will do the same thing. You're better off to leave tmp files
alone and not try to associate them with any program - let the program that created them open them. Attempting
to open tmp files is like playing with fire as you are learning. hth
