My friend has been using Win2Kpro for about a year. Suddenly last Friday when she
wanted to get on the internet with IE, she could not access the internet!!  I conacted her ISP and the tech said that he got into the computer and couldn''t find anything wrong with 
her wifi and modem! So I got a new hard drive and I put XPpro into it and the same problem. We did get an HTTP error 403.1 Now she is using FIREFOX to get out.
Has anyone seen this happen??
