I believe "ashMaiSv.exe" is a service run by Avast antivirus program.

 If you use Avast AV you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the
program.
The program requires you to download an uninstaller to
delete the program entirely. Download here:

My guess would be it's part of the email scanning part of Avast.
you could disable email scanning and see if the service stops.
I am using avast on my server here and it seems to behave fairly well so
far.
