Josef,

HTML files are plain text.  So after you create the code in notepad, just
SAVE AS and change the extension to .HTML.
Now you can attach it to an email message.

You may be able to create the newsletter in your email program.  Open/create
a new email message and use the FORMAT dropdown menu to see if you have the
option for RICH TEXT (HTML) or RTF
