The folder you want is \i386 . Copy this to your hard drive and you can run
the install from the folder by booting off a floppy, going into the
directory, and typing the command ... winnt
You will need a minimum of 200 megs available on your C drive, so setup can
copy files to it. You also need to load Smartdrive when you boot off your
floppy, otherwise your install will take hours to complete. Copy
smartdriv.exe from the windows 98 C:\windows\ folder to your floppy. If you
have a lot of ram I recommend you use a huge cache size.
Create a Autoexec.bat file and put this in it
SET PATH=A:
A:\SMARTDRV.EXE 32768
Boot off the floppy, go to \i386 and type winnt to start up the Win NT4,
2000, XP setup process.
