Why do lines (Shift/Underline) sometimes not show on the screen but
print?

When making a for with lines for answers

        Name _______________________

all the lines showed up except the very last one.  I can copy a line
that does show where the last one is and it doesn't show on the
screen either. There are no codes that would cause this.

We have this problem on more than one machine.
