This is one that keeps coming up.  Outlook Express only displays a
sendee's name in the "To" field rather than either the sendee's address
or both the address and the name.  How can one go into Outlook Express
and configure this?  Or is this feature locked in and one hasn't a
choice in the matter?

I've looked in properties, etc. and have found nothing that addresses
this issue.
