First, make sure you are using nVidia referrence driver (at least 21.83).
Download 3Dmark2001 SE, run the benchmark. If everything turns ok (few tests
couldn't run for lack of hardware support, it's ok, you need at least
Geforce3 to run them), you shouldn't worry about it.
If you couldn't complete the benchmark, try to set CPU to its normal speed
(noon overclock), sometimes, overclocking could cause problems in certain
tests.
