Alex,
First, I suggest using a spreadsheet (such as Excel) for the table, then
insert the Excel worksheet into Word if you need to. You can record/write a
Macro to transform your table in Word or Excel (TOOLS-Macro-Record New
Macro). Send me an email for Macro help if you'd like.
