Hi Bob...we had the same problem. its an ISP niche.
Heres how we fixed it.

Once outlook is up go into TOOLS. then SRERVER
CONNECTION. check "Against (Whatever ISP name u r
using)

then to assure that all your settings are the
same...go to MY COMPUTER and double click TELEPHONY.
