I searched long and hard to find a stock/mutual fund tracking program that
just tracked my investments and gave reports about value, cost, FIFO or
Average fund selling, and graphs. I finally located Fund Manager 3.4 which
is great for just tracking and keeping track of all the above, plus
automatic value update from the web. If it can be graphed, this program
will do it. And at tax time your capital gains is calculated for you, even
for mutual funds using the First-In-First-Out calculation method. It can
import from several formats, even CSV files.
It is not an investment advisor. It doesn't give buy/sell advise, but just
tracks stocks or fund shares.
Best of all it is shareware (Version 4.0 is now available) for trial before
