I upgraded my Win 95 to Win 98 weeks ago. I cannot run "Scheduled
Tasks" in Win98 by all means. When it (mstask.exe) was started the
icon flashed in the systemtray but disappeared immediately. An error
message was recorded in the "schedLog.txt" as follows:
"Task Scheduler Service" 4/20/99 9:38:38 PM ** Error **
An error has occurred that will negatively affect the operation of
the service.
The specific error is:
0x00000002: The system cannot find the file specified.
Try using the Task page Browse button to locate the application.
"Task Scheduler Service"
Exited at 4/20/99 9:38:38 PM
I don't understand this message. Please help me to solve this problem.
Thank you!!
