What would be the best browser/e-mail software program to install
on a 486 computer with 16mb RAM. This computer is running Windows
95 (slowly) but has a little under 100mb free disk space left.
        I do have a copy of IE3.0.... would an older version of Netscape
work better?
        This computer has whatever version of IE that came with Windows
95a. It keeps crashing when going to websites like Yahoo.
