Hass --

Steps 1 and 2 worked fine. Now when I go to Control Panel | Internet Options
| Programs, OE shows up in the box for Email program. However, when I open
OE and go to Tools | Options | | General | It still says "This program is
NOT the default email handler". I can select the MAKE DEFAULT button and
then APPLY but the setting still does not stay.
