I have an Intel 450 Mhz Pentium III running Windows 98 First Edition. Can
anyone tell me if would be better to upgrade it to Windows 98 Second
Edition which cost $51 US with taxes or upgrade to Windows XP which cost
$170 Canadian with taxes?  I read that Microsoft is going to quit
supporting Windows 98 in June 2003. Plus I'm upgrading to DVD which can't
get running.
