There is a utility KillCMOS on the nospin website that will help you with
clearing the password. I needed to do this recently on our lab computers
when nobody could remember what the password was! You can get the file at:

Note that this program will be detected as a trojan by anti-virus software.
This is normal since KillCMOS does perform a useful task that trojans do for
destructive purposes.
