I have to respectfully disagree. Sounds like a bad idea.
No filtering system is perfect or can have no false (wrong) results.
That is why most places allow a setting for "how long to keep"
the contents of the Spam Folder.
Some places give you a month to wander by and check if they
got EVERRYTHING correct. After a 30 day (optional) time out
they clean them out themselves automagically.)
