I have recently run Norton's Win Doctor with the result that two problems
were found, one of which it was able to fix. The second problem could not be
repaired by Win Doctor because it is a  missing file. The missing file is
"mscoree.dll". Win Doctor notes this missing file as being of "medium"
importance but I would like to replace it if at all possible. However I do
not know where to get it and once I get I do not know where to store it.
