No, I've checked those.  I'm afraid the missing emails are gone, for 
whatever reason.  I have extracted all the emails from the .dbx inbox file, 
but my wife has kept a huge amount of emails in her inbox, so finding 
anything will be difficult.  My guess is that the large size of the file has 
something to do with the problem.  At least I have gotten new email to 
appear again!
