Rename the file to C:\windows\system\ddeml.old
c:\windwos\system\toolhelp.old
then copy c:\windows\sysbckup\ddeml.dll c:\windows\system\ddeml.dll
c:\windows\sysbckup\toolhelp.dll c:\windows\system\toolhelp.dll
