Outlook Express can stop these by using rules, but you have to enter phrases from the text of these emails that are not likely to occur in normal emails. You can ask OE to delete these off of the server and not download them at all. Tools - Message Rules - Select NEW to create a new rule. Give it a name that you will understand. Enter phrases to eliminate these as you come to them. Don't open them. Turn PreviewPane OFF and right click the item, choose Properties, select Details, MessageSource and scroll through to pick up phrases in the body of the email that you can enter into the rule. Eventually you will catch them all - I never see an adult email any more. --Anna Summer

Elizabeth-Could you tell me how I can stop getting "ADULT" emails? I receive about 50 each day..They are very raunchy and I don't want these people to send me any more...Is there a program I can download that will stop this? Thanks for your help, D.DiModica
