Paula,
You already have answered 98% of your question. The other 2% (or so)
depends on the application. Netscape creates an auxiliary folder for the
USER configuration, mail, and newsgroup files. Corel creates a document
folder called MY FILES. And older (win3.x style) programs will create
special DAT or CFG or INI files which may or may not be in the WINDOWS
folder.
As I said, it depends on the application........
