I recently posted a problem with my computer which would go on standby no
matter what settings I made. Seems the monitor is the culprit going on
standby. In the Power Management settings there is no option for adjusting
the time for the monitor, just System Standby & Turn off Hard Disks. Somehow
during the installing of Windows 98 this option has been omitted from the
dialogue box. I shall run set-up again and see if this will fix it. If
anyone else has any suggestions please let me know.
