And a slightly faster way that I use is to use Autotext as John suggested
and name it ".sig".  Then all you will have to do is type ".sig" and press
F3 when you want to insert your signature. (You can name it anything but I
remember that).  Another way is to insert the signature and while it is
still selected, go to Tools and Auto Correct Options and assign it a series
of unique keystrokes like ".sig" and then any time you type .sig, the
signature will be inserted.
